Dunoon Grammar School has been named in the final three of the World’s Best School Prize for Community Collaboration

Dunoon Grammar School has been named in the final three of the World’s Best School Prize for Community Collaboration it was announced today.

The school celebrated its amazing achievement in style this morning with confetti canons on hand as the top three were announced. Pupils, MP Brendan O’Hara and the local community were invited to listen in to the ceremony which was hosted at Argyll Gardens.

Launched this year by T4 Education in collaboration with Accenture and American Express, DGS is now in touching distance of the incredible $250,000 World Best School prize.

The school, nominated for its work in the community, is now looking for the help of its local community as the top school will be decided by a public vote.

The Top three finalists for each of the five World’s Best School Prizes will now be entered into a Public Advisory Vote.

Members of the public have until October 2 to tell judges who they think should win each prize, you can vote by clicking here.

The winners will be announced on October 19 2022 at World Education Week.
